Anyone with the willingness to be be open and learn - whether that's someone on the exec team or supervisors on the frontline. This work for me has no boundaries. That said, an ideal client is someone who brings me in to truly be a partner, thinks of this work and the possibilities as a strategic pillar rather than a cost to the business.
