I love working with people who are making the leap from technical expert to people leader. It’s a daunting shift—no one really prepares you for it—and that’s exactly where I come in. I’m not drawn to working with other HR folks; I want to be in the room with the engineers, the scientists, the operations managers—the people doing the work and leading others through it. My ideal clients are ready for real change and understand they’re accountable for the value they get from the experience. I’m industry agnostic, having worked across nearly every sector, and I bring that breadth with me into every engagement.
