Hi, I’m Alison.

In 2018, I reached a moment many leaders may recognize. I could see a growing gap between the way I wanted to live and work and the way things actually were. Closing that gap required more than insight. It required intention, practice, and decisions anchored in my values, supported by my strengths, and aligned with what matters most.

That experience continues to shape how I work today.

I’ve since partnered with dozens of organizations across a wide range of industries, working with hundreds of leaders at every level. I’ve seen the same leadership challenges show up again and again, and I know how to work with them in ways that fit the leader, the team, and the context they’re actually in.

Today, I bring that experience into my work through leadership coaching, team coaching, 360 feedback, and team development. I’m especially drawn to values-driven people and organizations who want their day-to-day work to reflect who they are and what they care about. When leaders and teams commit to the work, the work works.

I get to do this work alongside some of the most talented, thoughtful, and joyful people I know. Michelle and Bronwyn are not just colleagues, but friends; the people I can’t imagine doing this work without.

We have a unique way of working: each of us runs an independent practice, yet in our collaborations, we are deeply interdependent. That interdependence creates a strength in our work that we all value. The experiences and results our clients enjoy are built on the privilege I have of getting to working with these two women, my not-so-secret weapons.

Michelle has been my trusted partner, colleague, and friend for more than 15 years. She brings clarity and insight to team coaching and leadership development, and together we’ve co-created dozens of experiences that help groups strengthen trust, communication, and alignment. Bronwyn is a not just a close friend, but a skilled leadership consultant, coach, and facilitator. She has deep experience partnering with leaders, teams and organizations in transition, bringing clarity and focus to their work. Over the years, we’ve designed and delivered development experiences for teams navigating some of the most common leadership challenges, and find joy in all of it.
