The Leadership Coaching Cooperative was created to change that.

It’s a place for leadership coaches to support each other through the real work of building an independent coaching business, while continuing to grow as coaches, building meaningful relationships with peers who share similar values.

We are grounded in a deep belief in the power of generosity and abundance. And that this work is better — and more sustainable — when we’re not doing it alone. We all deserve to succeed at what matters most.

    It’s part community, part resource hub, and part professional support network.

    Inside the LCC, you’ll find opportunities to connect, learn, practice, and grow — all grounded in generosity, curiosity, and a shared commitment to leadership coaching.

    • independent or aspiring independent leadership coaches

    • building or growing their own coaching business

    • looking for community with other coaches who understand the work

    • interested in continuing to develop as coaches while also growing their business

    Small groups of coaches who meet regularly to learn together, share challenges, and support each other’s growth.

    Coaching Chains
    Rotating coaching partnerships that give members the opportunity to experience each other’s coaching and build deeper relationships.

    Business Buddy Partnerships
    Optional accountability partnerships for members who want regular support with the business side of their practice.

    Community Learning Events
    Member-led webinars, workshops, and conversations focused on coaching, leadership, and running a coaching business.

    Incubators & Resources
    Optional programs and shared resources designed to support coaches in growing their businesses and strengthening their work.

  • Membership in the Leadership Coaching Cooperative begins with an application.

    We review applications to ensure the community remains a good fit for everyone involved. From there, new members are invited to join a cohort when space becomes available.

    Our goal is to grow the community thoughtfully so that relationships and generosity remain at the center.
