Shift Happens
What’s Your Signature Presence?
I bring a grounded, playfully sharp presence to my work as a coach, helping leaders take time out to check in on what matters most. I lean on mindful insight and thought-provoking questions that allow clients to remember and empower their favourite version of themselves; my blend of warm irreverence and some light pushiness work together to turn good ideas into life-shifting action.
Who Is Your Ideal Client?
I love working with senior leaders and teams who are interested not just in what happens, but in how it happens. I do best with people who are in the middle of the shift (or are maybe just starting to dream about it) and ready to move mindfully and with intention through whatever is required to get to the other side.
What Kind of Work Are You Most Passionate About Doing?
My favourite is a leader or team ready to dig into the good stuff, ready to wrestle with what matters most. Sometimes that even means wrestling with what matters most. Building a container that strong enough to hold while the hard things are named and the bold things are hoped for is work I love to do.
