Meet Alison Caldwell Johnson

It was Spring of 2018 when I realized that I had to do something.

Like so many people, I had realized that the gap between who we dream we can be and who we find ourselves being is wider than we wish it was.

Closing that gap so that our real life matches our hoped-for life requires equal parts intention and practice. In my own life, that meant making decisions anchored in my values, supported by my strengths and leveraging my skills so that I could love life and work more, more often. The work worked, and most days I enjoy knowing things are exactly as they should be.

In my work as a consultant and coach, I'm privileged to be able to use my experience to support clients who find themselves in similar circumstances through coaching, facilitation and training. Making space with people to create and remember the dream, anchor it in their values, strengths and skills and then charting an intentioned course to get them there is work I love doing, one-on-one using a coaching framework and together through team coaching. For values-fuelled people and organizations, it is only ever true that when we do the work, the work works.

“I recently asked Alison for her help in assisting me through a challenging period in my professional career. Our sessions have been extremely helpful for me - Alison's coaching and positive perspective has helped me identify and enhance my positive strengths, while providing me the support to identify my weaknesses with courage and the confidence to make adjustments. Alison has a way of communicating with you that makes you feel special. She has the ability to identify, analyze, and frame issues clearly in a way that I can easily relate to. Her support is valuable and meaningful.”
