Saying yes to a 360° Assessment can be a leadership game-changer. It keeps us grounded in how we’re showing up in real-time and gives us a chance to adjust before small issues become big ones. When we open ourselves up to this kind of intentional, empowering feedback, it can strengthen trust and connection in every direction.


A 360° Assessment is a way to gather feedback from the people we interact with daily, including our peers, team members, and supervisors. Well done, it provides a clearer, more balanced view of our leadership style. It’s not just about how we think we’re doing but about how others experience our decisions, communication, and presence. These insights are invaluable and can uncover things we didn’t even realize were strengths or areas for growth.

Our Leadership 360º has 5 key phases:

  • Working with the sponsor to identify the candidates and competencies that will be assessed.

  • Partnering with the leader(s) in focus to tailor the assessment and the feedback provider list, and inviting all participants into the process.

  • Managing the feedback process through online surveys and confidential one-to-one interviews with select feedback providers.

  • Writing a comprehensive, personalized report that includes visualizations of the quantitative data, and a narrative report that summarizes the anonymized, aggregated themes from the qualitative data.

  • 2 x 60-minute sessions with each leader to create clarity, understanding and ultimately, an action plan informed by the feedback.
